不同护理方式在泌尿系统结石微创手术中的临床应用分析

Clinical Application of Different Nursing Methods for Minimally Invasive Operation of Urinary Calculi

目的探究不同护理方式应用于泌尿系统结石微创手术得临床效果。方法选取我院行泌尿系统结石微创手术需要进行护理的80例患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施全面护理联合常规护理,比较两组患者护理依从度、满意度等指标。结果观察组患者的护理依从度、满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者的疼痛评分显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的疼痛持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在泌尿系统结石微创手术后采用全面综合护理联合常规护理的效果更佳。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of different nursing methods in minimally invasive operation of urinary calculi. Methods Eighty patients with urinary calculi minimally invasive surgery were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, the indexes of nursing compliance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The degree of nursing compliance and satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the pain scores of the two groups were significantly lower, and the observation group was lower than the control group. The duration of pain in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion After minimally invasive surgery for urinary calculi, the effect of comprehensive nursing combined with routine nursing is better, and it has good clinical significance
