优质护理服务在神经外科护理治疗中的应用价值

Application Value of High Quality Nursing Service in Nursing Treatment in Department of Neurosurgery

目的对神经外科患者实施优质护理的临床效果进行评析。方法选取我院神经外科住院治疗的97例脑出血患者的临床资料,根据护理方式不同分成探究组(55例)和对比组(42例),对比组实施常规护理,探究组实施优质护理,对比两组护理质量。结果探究组的护理质量、SF-36评分均高于对比组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);探究组护理满意度为100.0%,优于对比组的83.3%(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科患者治疗中开展优质护理,可有效提升护理质量,并可提升护理满意度,临床意义重大。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of high quality nursing in Department of Neurosurgery patients. Methods 97 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in department of neurosurgery of our hospital were selected, according to different nursing methods, they were divided into study group（55 cases） and contrast group（42 cases）, the contrast group was given routine nursing, the study group was given high quality nursing, and the nursing quality of the two groups was compared. Results The nursing quality and SF-36 score of the study group were higher than those of the contrast group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree of nursing in the study group was 100.0%, which was better than 83.3% in the contrast group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of patients in department of neurosurgery, high quality nursing can effectively improve the quality of care, and can improve the satisfaction of nursing.
