摘要
以3年生齿叶铁线莲和褐毛铁线莲为研究对象,研究不同遮阴条件(全光照CK,遮阴40%±3%、70%±3%和90%±3%)对2种铁线莲的生长发育和光合特性的影响。结果表明:随着遮阴度的增加,褐毛铁线莲的光饱和点、光补偿点、净光合速率、暗呼吸速率、表观量子效率随之降低,相对含水量逐渐升高,叶绿素质量分数和叶面积先升高后降低;齿叶铁线莲净光合速率逐渐降低,暗呼吸速率逐渐降低、光量子效率先升高后降低,相对含水量和叶面积逐渐增加,叶绿素质量分数先增加后降低。随着遮阴度的增加,齿叶铁线莲受影响较小,褐毛铁线莲受影响显著,齿叶铁线莲较褐毛铁线莲具更强的耐阴性。褐毛铁线莲适合在全光下栽植,齿叶铁线莲可作为林下种植材料。
With threeyear Clematis serratifolia and Clematis fusca,we studied the effects of four different shading levels ( CK 0,40%±3%,70%±3% and 90%±3%)on its growth and photosynthetic characteristics. With the increasing of shading degree,for C. fusca,light saturation point,light compensation point,net photosynthetic rate,respiration rate,and apparentquantum efficiency were decreased,the relative water content was gradually increased,and chlorophyll content and leaf area increased first and then decreased;for C. serratifolia,net photosynthetic rate was gradually decreased,dark respirationrate was decreased gradually,the quantum efficiency was increased first and then decreased,the relative water content andleaf area were increased,and chlorophyll content was increased first and then decreased. With the increase of shading,theinfluence of C. serratifolia was smaller than that of C. fusca,and C. serratifolia shading tolerance was stronger than that ofClematis fusca. Therefore,C. fusca is suitable for planting under all light,and C. serratifolia can be used as planting material under the forest.
