摘要
胶凝砂砾石坝骨料的最大粒径一般在80 mm以内,我国《胶结颗粒料筑坝技术导则》规定的最大粒径可以达到150 mm,胶凝砂砾石坝随着骨料粒径的增大,骨料的分离现象也越严重,给大坝的层间结合处理增加难度。本文给出了大粒径料的定义,通过层间结合处理的室内试验与现场试验对比,指出了室内试验存在的不足;试验结果表明:大粒径的胶凝砂砾石坝,大大增加了层间结合处理的工作量,不利于大坝的机械化快速施工;适当减小骨料的最大粒径,可以减少骨料的分离现象,有利于保证胶凝砂砾石坝的施工质量。
According to our country's Technical Guideline for Cemented Granular Material Dams, the maximum aggregate size of Cemented Sand Gravel and Rock dam(CSGR dam)is within 150mm. With the increase of aggregate size, aggregate separation is more serious. Thus interlayer combination treatment is moredifficult. The definition of large size aggregate is given, and then the deficiencies of laboratory test are cor?rected through the interlayer combination treatment of laboratory test and field test. The results show thatlarge size aggregate greatly increases workload of interlayer combination treatment and prevents the mechanization of rapid construction. The results also show that appropriate decrease of aggregate size can reduce ag?gregate separation and ensure construction quality of CSGR dam.
