摘要 为了提高电网建设工程造价的精算能力,进行电网投资精准决策建模,提出基于动态排序的电网投资精准决策建模方法。首先进行电网投资精算模型的约束参量分析,建立投资决策的控制目标函数,然后在演化博弈视角下采用决策变量的动态排序方法进行决策控制目标函数的优化求解,在最优控制解集下实现电网投资精准决策建模,最后在实证数据下进行实验分析。仿真实验结果表明,该方法能实现对电网投资的精算和造价预测,准确度较高,可信度较好。 In order to improve the cost actuary ability of the power grid construction engineering,the power grid investment precise decision-making modeling is performed,and a modeling method of the grid investment accurate decision-making based on dynamic scheduling is proposed. The constraint parameters of the power grid investment actuarial model are analyzed. The control objective function of investment decision-making is established. On the basis of evolutionary game,the dynamic sorting method of decision variables is used to perform the optimization solution of the control objective function of the investment decision. The power grid investment precise decision-making modeling is realized with the optimal control solution set. The experimental analysis of the modeling was carried out with the empirical data. The simulation results show this method can realize the actuary and cost prediction of the power grid investment,and has high accuracy and reliability.
