摘要
设计一种基于北斗卫星导航系统高精度静态定位方法的风电基础沉降监测与无人值守自动预警方案。该方案在风电机组管控中心外的地质稳固点设定连续观测基准站,在风电机组塔筒上设置监测站,利用高精度北斗卫星导航接收机进行连续观测,并通过光纤通信将基准站和监测站的北斗卫星信号原始观测值(包括伪距、多普勒频率、载波相位、星历等)数据传到数据处理中心,利用软件后处理方式得到毫米级的高精度风电机组沉降形变数据,以实现风电机组沉降的自动监测与预警。
A new wind power generator foundation settlement monitoring and unattended automatic warning scheme based on high-precision static positioning method of Beidou satellite(BDS)system was designed. With the scheme,the base station of continuous observation is located at the position with stable geology outside the wind power generator control center,and the monitoring station is located up on the tower of the wind power generator. The continuous observation is performed with the highprecision Beidou satellite navigation receiver. The original observation data(pseudo-range,Doppler frequency,carrier phase and ephemeris)of the Beidou satellite signal observed by base station and monitoring station is transmitted to the data processing center by means of fiber communication. The software postprocessing method is used to obtain the millimetre-sized deformation data of the high-precision wind power generator settlement to realize the automatic monitoring and warning of the wind power generator settlement.
