学科知识与教学能力视角下的职前数学教师教育课程设置比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 学科知识与教学能力是中学数学教师资格考试3门笔试科目之一.比较3类9所高师院校数学与应用数学(师范类)专业学科知识与教学能力相关课程设置发现,许多高师院校不太重视教师资格考试.基于不同的培养目标,3类高师院校的相关课程设置有的偏重学术性,有的偏重师范性,学分与学时安排也不尽合理.构建高师院校数学与应用数学(师范类)专业学科知识与教学能力相关课程,应以教育部《中学教师专业标准》为准绳,人才培养目标为依据,顺应社会发展需求为指南.在学科知识与能力相关课程的具体设置上,要注重体现专业培养要求,因应人才培养目标的达成;要突显数学学科知识相关课程的重要地位与作用;要加强数学学科教学知识相关课程设置的灵活性与针对性. Subject knowledge and teaching ability is one of the three written examination subjects for middle schools math teacher qualification exam.It was found that many normal colleges had not taken much importance to the teacher′s qualification exam by means of comparing courses associated with subject knowledge and teaching ability being set in three types of nine normal colleges for students majoring in math and application math(teacher training).Basing on different training goals,three kinds of normal colleges set related courses in different approaches, some pay attention to scholarship, some prefer job training, so that the arrangement of subject scores and class time is neithor reasonable.It should accord with the standard of middle school teachers′ specialty,depend on talents culturing target and follow the guidance of the demands for social development to set courses related with subject knowledge and teaching ability in normal colleges for students majoring in math and application math (teacher training). Therefore, normal colleges should focus on meeting the needs of specialty culturing, fulfill the achievement of talent training and pay much attention to the importance and effect of curriculums about math subject knowledgewhile setting courses related with subject knowledge and teaching ability.Meanwhile,it is also necessary for normal colleges to set curriculums that associate with math courses teaching knowledge flexibly and pertinently.
