摘要
采用四球试验机研究了纳米镍粉、镍锡粉复配和纳米金属粉与超细蛇纹石粉复配情况下粉体加入量及复配比例对68号液压油摩擦学性能的影响;采用SEM/EDS对磨斑形貌进行表征。结果表明:含纳米金属/蛇纹石粉液压油具有良好的综合摩擦学性能,当纳米镍与锡粉质量比为3∶1、纳米金属与蛇纹石复合粉[m(纳米金属)/m(蛇纹石)=2∶1]添加量(w)为0.10%时,与68号液压油试验相比,摩擦因数和磨斑直径分别降低37.0%和35.4%;加入二烷基二硫代磷酸钼有助于提高超细金属/蛇纹石液压油的抗磨减摩性能,且两者具有协同作用;超细金属/蛇纹石粉加入到液压油中能够起到填平犁沟、修复磨痕表面的作用。
To improve the tribological properties of conventional industrial hydraulic oil,the effects of amounts of nano-Ni,nano-Ni/Sn composite powders and ultrafine-metal/serpentine composite powders on tribological properties of No.68 hydraulic oil were studied by using four-ball tester;the wear scar morphology and composition were characterized by means of SEM/EDS techniques.Experimental results indicated that the hydraulic oil containing ultrafine-metal/serpentine composite powders has better tribological properties in all aspects.Compared with the basic hydraulic oil,the friction coefficient and wear scar diameter decreases by 37.0% and 35.4%,respectively,when the mass ratio of Ni and Cu is 3∶1,the mass ratio of metal and serpentine is 2∶1,and the total amount is 0.1%.The addition of MoDDP and the ultrafine-metal/serpentine greatly improves the tribological properties of hydraulic oil,indicating a synergistic effect between them.Wear scar SEM/EDS analysis showed that the ultrafine-metal/serpentine composite powders added to the hydraulic oil can fill the furrows and repair worn surface.
