摘要
学术界鲜有关于延迟策略应用于陶瓷产业的文献。鉴于此,文章基于供应链视角,把延迟分类为产品开发延迟、采购延迟、生产延迟、分销延迟、服务延迟五种,对陶瓷企业在与供应链成员的经营活动中应用延迟策略进行了分析,对陶瓷企业处理与供应商、物流商、顾客的业务时如何应用各种延迟策略分别进行了阐述和例证,提炼出可供陶瓷企业借鉴的经验。为陶瓷企业在实践中选取延迟策略、减轻不确定性风险提供了有意义的指导。
There was no literature studying how postponement strategy had been implemented by ceramics industry. In view of this situation, based on the supply chain perspective, postponement was classified into five kinds: product development postponement, purchasing postponement, production postponement, logistics postponement. Accordingly, how ceramic enterprises implemented postponement strategy when doing business with upstream and downstream enterprises was analyzed. The application of postponement strategy was discussed and exemplified when ceramic enterprises did business with suppliers, logistics service providers, customers respectively.The present paper provided ceramic enterprises with significant guidance on choosing postponement strategy and mitigating uncertainty risk in practice.
