摘要
根据涪陵页岩气交叉式平行水平井组布井方式,研究了井眼剖面类型、造斜点、造斜率、钻具刚性、钻井液性能等对井眼摩阻的影响,形成了渐增式变曲率五段制低摩阻井眼轨迹设计、控制及降摩阻技术,现场应用230多口井,为国内页岩气水平井钻井提供了经验。
Based on the cross type parallel horizontal wells pattern at Fuling shale gas block,the effects of well profile type,KO point selection,buildup rate,BHA rigidity,and drilling fluid performance on the borehole friction are studied. And a set of technology for planning and controlling the construction of incremental type 5-stage low-friction holes with varied-curvature is set up. It has been applied in over 230 wells,horizontal shale gas well drilling experiences been accumulated for other fields in China.
