新型螺旋除砂器分离效率研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了使螺旋除砂器能够在不同工况下保持较高的分离效率,对其结构参数与分离效率间的关系进行研究。依据工程流体力学中的伯努利方程建立了螺旋除砂器相关结构参数的数学模型,借助FLUENT流体仿真软件对其内部流场进行仿真,并利用数据拟合的方法对结果进行分析。通过对仿真云图8个不同标记点的模拟数据的处理,得到混合流体流速在4.15~4.52 m/s之间时,最大分离效率为5%,随着流体速度的增大,分离效率也会有所提高,当流体速度增大到6.79 m/s时,模拟分离效率能达到95%以上。研究结果表明,混合流体流速V分别与螺旋除砂器总高H、螺旋管中径D间为线性递增关系,而与螺旋管管材内径d间存在线性递减关系,为螺旋除砂器的设计制造提供了理论依据。 In order to make the spiral desander maintain high separation efficiency in different working conditions,study is made on the relationship between its structure parameters and its separation efficiency. According to Bernoulli equation in engineering fluid mechanics,the mathematical model of related structural parameters of spiral desander was set up,the internal flow field was simulated by using fluid simulation software FLUENT,the results was analyzed by the data fitting. By processing the simulation data of 8 different mark points in the simulation contours,it is found the maximum separation efficiency was 5%when the velocity of the mixed fluid between 4. 15 m/s ~ 4. 52 m/s,it increased with the increase of the fluid velocity. When the fluid velocity increased to 6. 79 m/s,the simulated separation efficiency reached more than 95%. The research results show a linear increasing relation between mixed fluid flow velocity and the spiral desander's overall height H,and the spiral pipe pitch diameter D, but a linear decreasing relationship between of mixed fluid flow velocity and spiral pipe 's bore size d. This study will provide theoretical basis for the actual design and manufacture of spiral desanders.
