基于太阳能低温集热蓄热的相变流体制备及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 制备了5种不同质量浓度的烃类、蜡类相变流体(phase change slurry,PCS),测试了不同质量浓度的两类相变流体的相变温度、相变潜热、粘度及稳定性,分析了相变材料种类、质量浓度、使用温度、剪切速率等对热物性、流动特性及稳定性的影响,总结了不同因素的影响规律,为相变流体的制备及其在太阳能低温集热蓄热领域的应用提供了参考。 Five types of alkyl hydrocarbon and wax phase change slurries(PCSs)with different mass concentrations are prepared to test their thermal properties and flow properties including phase change temperature,latent heat,viscosity and stability.The effect of category of slurries,concentration,operating temperature and shear rate on the thermal properties,flow properties and stability was analyzed and then the laws in different factors are summarized.In this study,it provides reference for the preparation of PCS and its application in solar energy low temperature collector heat storage.
