摘要
核辐射的探测问题一直是工程实践中的一个难点,研究稳定性好、精确度高、响应灵敏的核辐射探测装置具有重要的工程实用价值。本文给出了一种高速核探测装置的设计与实现,该方法以ARM单片机STM32F4为控制器,以IR2110为驱动芯片,利用控制器高频时钟以及准确捕捉跳变沿的特点进行捕获测量,实验结果表明该方案能够达到快速、稳定、准确的测量。
The detection of nuclear radiation is difficult in engineering practice. It is a great practical value to research on the nuclear radiation detector such as featuring good stability, high accuracy and sensitive response. This paper presents the design and practicability of a high speed nuclear detection device. In the experiment, the ARM microcontroller STM32 F4 is used as the controller and IR2110 as driver chip to conduct capture measurement by high frequency clock and accurate capture of the jump edge. The results show that the design achieves fast, stable, and accurate measurement.
