县域城镇化的发展质量与有效性分析——以河北省为例

The Analysis about Development Quality and Effectiveness of County Urbanization:Taking Hebei Province for Instance

县域城镇化是我国城镇化体系中的重要构成部分,该文基于2001-2013年河北省县域社会经济统计数据,采用主成分分析方法评价了河北省县域城镇化的发展质量,并用一元线性回归方法测度了城镇化的有效性。结果发现,河北省县域城镇化质量在2001-2013年呈现逐步提升的趋势,人口子系统对城镇化质量的影响最大,而就业子系统影响最小,城镇化质量得到改善但没有根本改变;县域城镇化的有效性主要体现在经济、市场和基础设施子系统的进展上,对就业子系统的反馈性最小,因而提高就业水平和优化就业结构是改进县域城镇化质量的关键。

Based on the statistical data of the social economy of the counties in Hebei province from 2001 to 2013,in this paper,the development quality of county urbanization was studied through the principal components analysis.Meanwhile,the effectiveness of county urbanization was measured based on the simple linear regression model.The results showed that the quality of county urbanization improved gradually.The population subsystem and the employment subsystem made greatest and minimum contributions to the quality of county urbanization respectively.The effectiveness of county urbanization was embedded in the economic subsystem,market subsystem and infrastructure subsystem.The response to the employment subsystem is minimal.Therefore,improving employment level and optimizing the employment structure are the key processes to enhance the quality of the county urbanization.
