赣州市心理卫生从业人员现况调查

Current situation of mental health practitioners in Ganzhou

目的:了解赣州市心理卫生从业人员状况。方法:采用自编问卷及访谈形式对赣州市69名心理卫生从业人员的一般情况及常用疗法进行调查。结果:赣州市心理卫生从业人员学历、职称偏低,相应资质混乱,多数从业人员缺乏经验,收费偏低。常用疗法为认知行为疗法、行为疗法和精神分析疗法。人格障碍、强迫症、康复期精神分裂症较难治疗。结论:目前赣州市心理卫生服务水平有限,专业培训有待进一步加强。

Objective： To uderstand situation of mental health practitioners in Ganzhou. Methods： Totally 69 mental health practitioners in Ganzhou were selected and assessed with self-compiled questionnaire and interview method about general situation and common therapy. Results： In this sample,the education and title of mental health practitioners in Ganzhou were low,qualifications were confusion,and most practitioners were inexperience and the cost was low. Cognitive behavior therapy,behavior therapy and psychoanalytic therapy were the top 3 commen used therapeutic orientations by practitioners,and personality disorder,obsession and convalescent schizophrenia were difficult to cure. Conclusion： At present,the mental health service is limited by practitioners in Ganzhou,and they are needed more professional training.
