紫外光谱法测定硫酸庆大霉素含量

Quantitative determination of gentamycin sulfate by UV spectrophotometry

采用正交试验设计法选择最佳反应条件,以邻苯二甲醛为衍生化试剂,在λ335nm处测定硫酸庆大霉素制剂含量的简便方法,回收率为100.2±0.408%。经测定5家药厂5批制剂含量,并与中国药典方法对照,结果一致,统计结果表明相关有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。

The present paper introduced a quantitativedetermination method for gentamycin sulfate. This simple method adopted orthogona1 experi-mental design to choose the best reaction conditionsand used phthalic aldehyde as the derivatizationreagent to determine gentamycin sulfate at thewavelength of 335nm. The recovery was 100.2±0.41%. The results obtained by using this methodto determine five batches of preparations producedby five pharmaceutical factories were compatiblewith those determined according to C. P. Statisticalresults show that the relevance is very significant(P<0.01).
