在加快发展体育产业的背景下,人才的需求问题突显,在此背景下构建的体育院校"行业-专业-职业"三维度实践教学体系,以成效、能力、就业为本位理念,从学生应用能力的培养出发,在见习、实训、实习三个实施层次中,以行业、专业、职业三个维度的视野来设计实践环节,从而构建起符合当前体育产业人才需求的实践教学体系,使之更有效地培养具有较强职业能力的体育产业人才。

In the context of accelerating the development of sports industry,the demand for talents becomes more and more obvious. Under the background of constructing the three dimensional practical teaching system of “ industry,major and profession”in sports colleges and universities,based on the ideal of effectiveness,ability and employment,starting from cultivatingstudents＇ application ability,in probation,practice and internship,it is necessary to design the practice task relating to industry,major and profession,to construct the practical teaching system which is in line with the current needs of sports industrytalents,and make it more effective to train the sports industry talents with strong professional ability.
