粘合效应引导下校园足球资源的整合与发展研究

针对当前我国校园足球发展资源匮乏的现状,运用粘合效应对整合校园足球资源的重要意义进行阐述。并通过对校园足球资源基本构成的解析,从政策资源、基础设施资源、资金资源、师资资源以及保障资源等五个方面对校园足球资源的整合路径进行探讨,提出了"木桶式"的整合与发展策略。其目的在于为构建充实与完善的校园足球资源体系,提供必要的保障,为推进我国校园足球运动的常态化发展,提供必要的理论借鉴与参考。

In view of the present situation of the lack of resources for the development of campus football in our country,thispaper expounds the important significance of the integration of campus football resources by using the adhesive effect. Andthrough the analysis of the basic structure of the campus football resources,discusses the integration path of the campus football resources from the five aspects of policy resources,infrastructure resources,financial resources,teacher resources andsupport resource. This paper also puts forward the integration and development strategy. Its purpose is to build a complete andperfect campus football resources system,to provide the necessary protection,to promote the normalization of the developmentof campus football in China,to provide the necessary theoretical reference and reference.
