摘要
通过分析厚煤层综放工作面切眼架棚支护和锚网索配合单体柱梁支护的利弊,铺龙湾煤矿4102综放工作面切眼采用锚网索配合单体柱梁支护,制定了该切眼的合理支护方式和支护参数,并对支护效果进行了现场观测分析。结果表明,采用锚网索配合单体柱梁支护能够有效控制切眼收敛变形,且有利于提高切眼的掘进速度和设备安装效率。
By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the open-off cut shelving support and cable anchor support with single column beam at fully mechanized caving face with thick coal seam,the author proposes the adoption of the cable anchor support with single column beam at 4102 fully mechanized caving face in Pulongwan Colliery,including formulating reasonable support way and parameter for the cut,and analyzing field observation of support effect,which can protect the deformation of the cut effectively,and increase the speed of excavating and equipment installment efficiency.
