摘要
从创新信访工作方法,完善工作机制入手,将"走动式"管理引入信访工作实践中,建立信访工作互动平台,彻底打破"等、靠、推"的状况,取得了明显的成效;上访事件疑难个案大多化解,并得到有效管控;上访事件数量不断下降,圆满完成信访工作的艰巨任务。
By creating the way of work of letters and calls and perfecting work mechanism,the "walking" management has introduced in the work of letters and calls management practice and interactive platform for work of letters and calls has been set up,which breaks the condition of "wait,rely and push" and achieves significant efficiency.As a result,the case of work of letters and calls has been solved and controlled mostly,the newly occurred work of letters and calls has dropped,and the arduous task of work of letters and calls has successfully fulfilled at last.
