高强度不锈钢焊带堆焊层力学性能研究

摘要 对普通堆焊层与高强度堆焊层焊材、熔敷金属化学成分以及堆焊层焊态、热处理态下拉伸性能进行了试验分析,研究影响容器不锈钢堆焊层拉伸性能的主要因素。研究表明:添加N元素可以提高不锈钢堆焊层的抗拉强度;308L型不锈钢堆焊层抗拉强度和断后伸长率受消应力热处理时间的影响较小;随着消应力热处理时间的增加(0~40h),309L型不锈钢堆焊层抗拉强度先提高后下降,且铁素体含量对309L型不锈钢堆焊层断后伸长率的下降趋势有较大影响。 The chemical composition of welding materials and deposited metal of the common cladding and the high strength cladding are analyzed,and the tensile properties of the welded and heated cladding are compared to study the main factors influencing the tensile properties of the stainless steel cladding of the vessel. The results show that the tensile strength of stainless steel cladding can be improved with the increase of N element. The tensile strength and elongation of 308 L stainless steel cladding are less affected by the heat treatment time. The tensile strength of 309 L stainless steel cladding increases first and then decreases with the increase of the heat treatment time from 0 hour to 40 hours,and the ferrite content has a great influence on the decreasing trend of the elongation.
