摘要
采用田野的方法,调查了独龙族精准扶贫的现状和落实过程中容易忽视的问题,提出了新时期推进精准扶贫工作的政策建议。
By using field method,the problems that are easily overlooked in the process of implementation were discussed.Some policy suggestions on how to promote the work of targeted poverty alleviation were put forward.
