中国社会主义青年“团一大”与“团二大”章程之比较

A Comparisonbetween Constitution of “The 1st National Congress” and “The 2nd National Congress” of Chinese Socialist Youth League

针对中国社会主义青年团早期的章程,通过对比"团二大"和"团一大",认为"团二大"章程修改幅度很大,具有重视团员素质,完善入团程序;调整组织架构,适应发展需要;加强制度建设,推进民主集中等特点。结合相关资料,论述了团章的严密化是中国社会主义青年团早期重新组建在思想上、组织上和实践上的认识深化。

In view of the early constitution of the Chinese Socialist Youth League,by comparing the constitution of＂The 1st National Congress＂and ＂The 2 nd National Congress＂,it is considered that the constitution of＂The 2 nd National Congress＂has significant changes.It has the characteristics of taking the quality of members seriously,and completing the procedure of joining the Youth League;adjusting the organizational structure to meet the development needs;and strengthening the system construction to promote the democratic concentration,et al.Combined with the relevant information,it is discussed that,the strictization of the constitution is the deepening in ideology,organization and practice of the early reorganization of the Chinese Socialist Youth League.
