摘要
通过对"工匠"和"工匠精神"的解读,阐述了"工匠精神"的内涵与当代价值,认为其包含了尊师重道的敬畏精神,精益求精的工作精神,爱岗敬业的奉献精神,以及循序渐进、知行合一的创新精神。培养合格的人力资本,实现我国经济转型升级、可持续发展、民族伟大复兴的中国梦,均迫切需要"工匠精神","工匠精神"将成为全社会的主体意识和主流价值观。
Through the interpretation of＂craftsman＂and＂craftsmanship spirit＂,the connotation and contemporary value of＂craftsmanship spirit＂were elaborated.It considers that,craftsmanship spirit includes reverence spirit of respecting teachers and honoring truth,work ethos of keeping improving,utter devotion spirit of devotion,and creative spirit of gradual improvement and the unity of knowing and doing.Craftsmanship spirit is urgently needed in cultivating qualified human capital,and achieving China’s economic transformation and upgrading,sustainable development,and the Chinese dream of the great renewal of the nation.Craftsmanship spirit will become the main consciousness and mainstream value of the whole society.
