the narrative mode used by Okri in his novel＂Songs of Enchantment＂is characterized by the employment of masses of the black African cultural elements to cast a veil of mystery of the folk culture,and the essence is to explore the way to revive＂black African culture＂so as to compete with＂the Eurocentric culture＂metaphorically.And by creating the anti-type characters,Okri tries to deconstruct the values of white cultural,construct the racial identity of black African,celebrate thought of aesthetics of black African,and make the folk culture an effective weapon to struggle against colonialism and racism.
