供应链动态能力以及协同创新战略对资金柔性的影响研究

Research on the Effects of Supply Chain Dynamic Capabilities and Collaborative Innovation Strategy on Capital Flexibility

受全球经济贸易增长乏力与全球性高债务、低增长的影响,很多商业银行开始缩紧贷款,这就使得企业面临的资金约束越来越明显。于是,如何利用供应链的结构和运营来缓解企业资金压力成了实践界与理论界广泛讨论、研究的热点。文章基于供应链动态能力的理论视角,遵照"动态能力-合作战略-资金柔性"的理论逻辑,探讨了企业在供应链中的系统性能力影响资金柔性的作用机理,并采用SEM对249个样本企业进行了分析。研究发现企业要想通过供应链提高资金柔性,前提是能够与供应链合作伙伴合力打造供应链动态能力(知识触达能力、协调能力、重构能力),并在此基础上推进合作创新战略。只有在具备动态能力的基础下,企业才能通过合作行为来更有效地撬动供应链的资源和能力,从而实现自身资金柔性的增强。

The weak growth of global economy and trade,combined with the vicious cycle of global high debt and low growth,has led many commercial banks to start tightening their loans,which makes the financial constraints faced by enterprises more and more obvious. In order to help enterprises cope with financial problems,many practitioners and scholars have shifted their focus on the power of supply chain itself recently. Based on the theory of supply chain dynamic capabilities while following the theoretical logic of ＂dynamic capabilities-cooperation strategy-capital flexibility＂,this paper explored the specific mechanism of supply chain capabilities to affect enterprise capital flexibility. This paper validated its hypotheses by Structural Equation Model with 249 enterprise samples. The results indicated that in order to improve capital flexibility of supply chain members through supply chain arrangements,firstly,supply chain members need work together to build supply chain dynamic capabilities（ knowledge accessing capability,coordination capability,reconstruction capability）.
