基于腹地划分的港口规划研究——以蒙格拉港改扩建为例

A Study for Port Construction Plan Based on Hinterland Division——Case of Modernization and Expansion of Mongla Port

科学划分港口腹地范围、根据腹地经济制定发展规划是港口建设、运营的重要依据。文中提出将聚类分析引入引力模型,以实现研究区域按经纬度坐标预先聚类,发挥聚类分析处理不规整区域的优势,从而提高腹地划分模型的精度。结果表明,在腹地形状不规整的条件下,"聚-引"模型有较好的划分效果。

The scientific division of the hinterland is an important basis for port construction and operation.To improve the accuracy of hinterland division,a new hinterland division model—— " ClusterGravity" modelis presented.It introduces cluster analysis into gravity model to achieve the pre-clustering of the research area by latitude and longitude coordinates,and takes full advantage of cluster analysis to deal with irregular areas to improve the accuracy of hinterland division.It is showed that,"Cluster-Gravity" model has a better division effect under the conditions of irregular hinterland.
