摘要
结合港珠澳大桥岛隧工程施工中大型专用船机设备的复杂性,元器件关联性强、自动化程度高、故障排除难度大等特点,以"津平1"的抬升系统为例,将远程监测故障诊断系统应用到施工船舶中,消除了传统的现场故障诊断方法在时间上和空间上的局限性,提高了诊断效率。实例证明,节省了成本,并降低机械故障对施工的影响。文中重点对远程故障诊断系统的组成和应用进行了介绍。
Combined with the characteristics of complexity, close correlation a m o n g components, highdegree of automation, and difficult troubleshooting of large special ships and machines in the islandtunnel construction of H Z M B , t a k i n g the lifting system of "Jinping 1" as an example,the remote m o nitoringand fault diagnosis system is applied to the construction of ship in order to eliminate the limitationof time and space of the traditional field fault diagnosis and improve the diagnosis efficiency.The example proves that the system can save the cost and reduce the influence of mechanical failure on construction.The composition and application of the remote fautt diagnosis system are described
