摘要
研究测定了桑叶粉营养成分含量并以3%、6%和9%桑叶粉替代饲粮中麸皮、次粉、膨化大豆等对长大二元肥育猪生长性能和胴体肉质进行测定。结果表明:桑叶粉中含粗蛋白质15.22%,粗脂肪4.68%,维生素B、维生素E和钙含量丰富。从桑叶粉中提取和分离出17种氨基酸,其中天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、脯氨酸、亮氨酸含量较高。氨基酸总量和17种氨基酸均高于杜仲叶粉中含量。6%桑叶粉组肥育猪日增重达844 g,比3%组猪每天多增重97 g,差异显著(P<0.05)。肥育结束终重6%组最高达127.36 kg,分别比对照组、3%组、9%组重9.07、11.15和8.67 kg。6%组桑叶粉组在改善肉质方面能提高肌肉嫩度,降低失水率。桑叶粉在猪的饲粮中添加6%较为适宜。
The study analyzed the mulberry leaves powder nutrition, and the content of them was 3%, 6% and9% take the place of the bran, flour, puffed soybeans of feed on grew up of fattening pig, and research thegrowth and meat quality. The results showed that the content of crude protein was 15.22%, crude fat was 4.68%,and also there were abundant vitamin B, vitamin E and calcium. And there were 17 kinds of amino acids in themulberry leaves powder, the contents of aspartic acid, glutamate, proline and leucine was abundant. The totalamount of amino acids and 17 kinds of amino acids were higher than those of eucommia. In addition, the weightgain of fattening pigs was increased to 844 g by 6% mulberry powder group, and 97 g more than 3% of pigs perday. The difference was significant(P〈0.05). The 6% group of mulberry leaves can improve muscle tendernessand decrease the water loss rate. The mulberry leaf powder is more suitable to add 6% in the day grain of pig.At the end of the fattening, the total weight of the final weight was 6%, which was up to 127.36 kg, which was9.07 kg, 11.15 kg and 8.67 kg respectively, respectively.
