本文以地方高校"双师型"体育教师队伍建设为着手点,分析地方高校"双师型"体育教师队伍建设面临的问题及困境,探寻地方高校"双师型"体育教师队伍建设的路径,旨在加快地方高校一流大学和一流学科建设的进程。

Using＂dual teachers＂mode in local college sport teaching team construction as the starting point,this paper analyzes the problems and dilemmas faced by local colleges,and explores the construction path. The aim is to speed up the process of local top colleges and top subjects construction.
