自然保护区农村居民社会观念状况及差异性分析——以福建闽江源国家级自然保护区为例

Analysis on Present Situation and Differences about Social Concepts of Rural Residents in Minjiangyuan Nature Reserve

以闽江源国家级自然保护区农村居民为研究对象,利用问卷调查及访谈法,分析当地农村居民社会观念状况,并结合群体差异性特征,采用Mann-Whitney秩和检验和Kendall等级相关检验探讨不同人口属性群体间社会观念状况是否存在差异。结果表明:农村居民社会观念状况整体较强,但参与意识相对薄弱;农村居民社会观念指数存在群体差异性,性别对维权意识有显著影响;农村居民受教育程度状况对其环保意识的高低产生显著影响。

⑴Background——As a special protection and management of the region,the construction and management of nature reserves is an important means to achieve the protection of ecological environment,the restoration of endangered plant and animal species.The support of the residents is related to the success or failure of the management of the nature reserves.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the social concept of residents in the nature reserves.In the literature,there are few studies on the social concepts of the residents in the nature reserve.Only Hou Chengcheng and Zhao Xueyan carried out relevant research work.Therefore,this study takes Fujian Minjiangyuan National Nature Reserve as an example to analyze the social concepts of local rural residents,and the differences of social characteristics of rural residents with different characteristics of population characteristics.Based on the analysis,this study aims to formulate relevant management policies and community policies so as to promote the coordinated development of nature reserves and communities.⑵Methods——Taking the rural residents of Minjiangyuan National Nature Reserve as the research object,this paper made the field investigation twice in the research area in the method of the participant farmer appraisal(PRA).The study analyzed the situation of the local rural residents'social concepts combined with the group differences.Then the Mann-Whitney rank sum test and Kendall rank correlation test are carried out,combined with the differences of the population characteristics,to explore whether there are differences on the social sense among different population groups.⑶Results——This paper analyzed the social attitudes of the rural residents in Minjiangyuan Nature Reserve from the four dimensions of participation awareness,rights awareness,supervision awareness and environmental awareness,then analyzed the impact of different population attributes on their social concepts.Main conclusion:(1)In general,the rural residents'social concepts of Minjiangyuan Nature Reserve are at a high level,and the four dimensions of social concept are at least moderate.In contrast,the sense of rights of rural residents needs to be further improved.(2)There are group differences in the social concepts of local rural residents.The gender differences affect their awareness of rights and the performance of the male group is higher than that of the female.(3)The level of education will make rural residents awareness of environmental differences.The villagers with the higher the level of education have much stronger awareness of the importance of environmental protection.⑷Conclusions and Discussions——When the relevant departments and all levels of governments of the nature reserves regularize the behaviors of rural residents,the governments should foster the concepts of the villagers,strengthen the villagers'awareness of the ecological environment,and elevate the awareness of supervision.And it is necessary to carry out ecological education and propaganda for the different groups,especially according to the characteristics of women,to strengthen women's understanding of the importance of the environment and promote the awareness of environmental supervision.Also in various forms,it is possible to improve the cultural quality of rural residents,and promote environmental awareness.
