A practical structure was introduced on the injection mould with two stages ejection mechanism of spring stripper plate, and a dissertation was made on the mould structure character and the operational principle. Three plates, one mould cavity and twice cavity parting was adopt on the mould with pin-point gate. The spring stripper plate mechanism came into effect in two stages ejection. The mould is compact in structure, reliable in operation and complete automatization is achieved.
