海船船员《11规则》适任证书(轮机长、轮机员)再有效培训的研究与实践

Research & Practice on the Re-effective Training of Seafarers "11 rule" COC(Chief Engineer,Engineers)

根据"海船员【2016】685号"文的规定,海船船员《11规则》适任证书到期后必须经过相应培训才能保持有效。我院在全国范围内率先开展轮机长、轮机员适任证书知识更新培训和轮机模拟器培训,及时为航运企业和海船船员解决了适任证书再有效的问题,进一步提高了我院在国内同等航海类院校中的声誉,同时也为其他航海类院校和培训机构开展此类培训提供了示范和借鉴意义。

According to the provisions of the ＂Seafarers’ [2016] No. 685n, the seafarers n 11 Rules＂ certificate of competency must be properly trained after it expires. QMC is the first training organization in the country to carry out the training course of knowledge update training of seafarers COC （Chief Engineer, Engineers） and engine room simulator training, which promptly solve the problem of re-effective of the COC for the shipping companies and seafarers. At the same time, it further improves the reputation of QMC in the same domestic maritime institutions, provides a demonstration for such training in other maritime institutions and training institutions.
