摘要
在回顾我国体育彩票公益金配置与使用的法治发展过程基础上,从立法、执法、法律监督三个方面对体育彩票公益金配置与使用进行深入探讨,揭示体育彩票公益金配置与使用中存在的法治问题,提出完善法规、加快法规废、改、立进程,强化监督的法治建议。
Reviewing the development of legal process about the allocation and use of sports lottery public welfare in China,this paper makes deep discussion on its allocation and use from three aspects of legislation,law enforcement and legal supervision,reveals related legal problems in the use and allocation process,and offers suggestions of completing regulations,perfecting and accelerating the process in the repeal,establishment and change of the laws and regulations,and strengthening the supervision mechanism.
