摘要
本研究通过探究高职院校航海类专业学生的心理资本与就业能力的关系,旨在形成心理资本路径下航海类高职生就业能力提升的理论依据。方法:采用《积极心理资本问卷(PPQ)》和《大学生就业能力的自我评定量表(简版)》对271名航海类专业高职生进行问卷调查。结果表明:航海类专业高职生的就业能力呈中等偏上水平,且在年级和实习经历上存在显著差异;航海类专业高职生的心理资本与就业能力显著相关,心理资本对其就业能力具有一定的预测力。
The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the Psychological capital and the Employability of nautical students in higher vocational colleges. So as to form the theoretical basis for promoting the employment ability of Maritime Vocational Students under the path of psychological capital. Methods: a questionnaire survey was conducted among 271 navigation vocational students by using the positive psychological capital questionnaire ( PPQ) and the self assessment scale for college students1 employment ability (simplified version). The results show that the Employability of higher vocational students of marine engineering is on the medium level. Their employability has significant difference in grade and practice experience. Their psychological capital is significantly related to their employability. Psychological capital has a certain predictive power to its employability.
