中国邮轮产业发展与人才培养研究——以青岛远洋船员职业学院为例

Study on Chinese Cruise Industry Development and Talent Training——Illustrated by the Case of Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College

受国际邮轮市场的推动,中国邮轮产业获得快速发展,已经一跃成为全球第二大邮轮客源地市场。中国邮轮产业的发展面临着新的机遇与挑战,其中人才培养对邮轮产业的深入发展起着重要作用。本文分析了中国邮轮产业的发展现状与趋势,指出了对邮轮人才需求的标准,以青岛远洋船员职业学院为例,探讨了邮轮人才培养的方式方法,并进一步提出了邮轮人才培养的建议。

Driven by the international cruise market, Chinese cruise industry has got rapid expansion, and has also made a number of grade. China has already become the world＇s second largest cruise tourists market. However, Chinese cruise industry is also facing with new opportunities and challenges. The talent training plays an important role for the further development of cruise industry. This paper analyzes the current situation and tendency of Chinese cruise industry, clearly points out the standard of cruise talent demand, takes Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College as an example, discusses the methods of cruise talent training, and further puts forward some suggestions of it.
