摘要
通过对人防工程平战转换设计原则和武器及次生灾害与人防工程的防护措施的分析,提出了合理确定人防地下室位置和使用平战两用口部两个主要人防工程优化设计的措施。
Through the analysis of the principle of peacetime-to-wartime transformation and weapons and secondary disasters and air defence base-ment protection measures, proposed reasonable determination of basement location and use in both peacetime and wartime gateway optimization design method.
