依据项目实践工作,介绍BIM+集成化在大型商业屋面中多专业综合应用的方向和要点,BIM+集成应用基于BIM模型进行屋面施工策划,主要通过各专业BIM模型整合、数据信息提取共享、物料计划的精细化、施工方案可视化集成、施工进度模拟、各专业施工协同部署、安全与质量协同管理,从而优化进度计划和施工方案、充分的调配资源进行施工部署、提前避免专业冲突,提升项目综合管理能力和管理效率,为BIM技术和现场施工管理的紧密结合提供有益的参考。

The research direction and key points of comprehensive application of BIM and integration on large commercial roofing were introduced based on the project in practice. The application of BIM and integration was based on BIM model to scheme the roofing construction, the sched-uled plan and construction scheme were optimized, the material was sufficiently recombined, the conflict of various specialties in construction was avoided, the management capabilities and management efficiency were proved through the incorporation of BIM model of various specialties, data information extraction and sharing, refining of material scheme, visual integration of construction scheme, the simulation of construction progress, the cooperation of various specialties and collaborative management of the safety and quality. It provided a beneficial reference to the close inte-gration of BIM technique with cast-in-place construction management.
