乳腺癌是妇女最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。随着人们生活水平的提高和对乳腺疾病的重视,近年临床报告的乳腺癌发病率越来越高,已有超越宫颈癌位居女性全身恶性肿瘤首位的趋势,极大地威胁着妇女的健康和生命。患者有严重的心理压力甚至精神病学方面的问题已是一个客观的情况。调查表明,乳腺疾病患者的心理障碍以焦虑、抑郁及恐惧症状最为突出,这严重影响着治疗效果及患者的康复。有资料显示,100%的乳腺癌癌患者要求医护人员能够与她们多做交流或得到心理治疗,以减轻压力。因此,对各期乳腺癌患者施行手术、物理、化学治疗的同时,根据不同患者的心理状态和精神症状,做到有针对性的心理治疗是非常必要的。
