探讨不同特征对新诊断2型糖尿病患者“蜜月期”诱导成功率的影响

Investigation on the influence of different characteristics on the induction success rate in "honeymoon period" in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨不同特征对新诊断2型糖尿病患者"蜜月期"诱导成功率的影响。方法:收治新诊断2型糖尿病患者623例。均采用胰岛素泵进行治疗,记录并分析治疗组患者诱导进入"蜜月期"的成功率,同时对进行诱导"蜜月期"的新诊断2型糖尿病患者进行年龄、体重指数、性别、糖化血红蛋白等相关影响因素的差异性分析。结果:年龄因素与诱导"蜜月期"成功率存在相关性(P<0.05);年龄的增加与诱导"蜜月期"成功率呈负相关;空腹血糖水平同诱导"蜜月期"成功率也存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论:患者的年龄以及空腹血糖水平可以成为影响诱导"蜜月期"成功率的独立因素,对于年轻患者更宜采用胰岛素泵强化进行诱导"蜜月期"治疗。

Objective：To investigate the influence of different characteristics on the induction success rate in ＂honeymoon period＂ in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods：623 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected.All patients were treated with insulin pump.We recorded and analyzed the induction success rate of the treatment group in the honeymoon period,and the differences of age,body mass index,sex,glycosylated hemoglobin and other related factors were analyzed in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus patients who induced honeymoon period.Results：There was correlation between age and induction success rate of honeymoon period（P0.05）.The increase of age was negatively correlated with the success rate of the honeymoon period,fasting blood glucose levels were associated with the success rate of the honeymoon period（P0.05）.Conclusion：The age of patients and fasting blood glucose level can be an independent factor affecting the success rate of ＂honeymoon period＂.It is more suitable for young patients to be treated with insulin pump to induce ＂honeymoon period＂ treatment.
