腹腔镜手术麻醉中舒芬太尼和芬太尼的应用效果

Application effect of sufentanil and fentanyl in laparoscopic surgery anesthesia

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术麻醉中舒芬太尼和芬太尼的应用效果。方法:收治腹腔镜手术患者96例,随机分为甲组和乙组,分别给予芬太尼和舒芬太尼进行麻醉。结果:乙组麻醉效果、肌松程度明显优于甲组;乙组的心率、收缩压和舒张压明显低于甲组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对接受腹腔镜手术的患者采用舒芬太尼进行麻醉,效果明显,能提升其安全性,不良反应少。

Objective：To investigate the effect of sufentanil and fentanyl in laparoscopic surgery.Methods：96 patients were admitted for laparoscopic surgery.They were randomly divided into the group A and the group B,and then the two groups were given fentanyl and sufentanil for anesthesia respectively.Results：The anesthetic effect and the degree of muscle relaxation in the group B were better than those in the group A;the heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the B group were significantly lower than those in the group A;the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Sufentanil anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery has obviously effect,and it can improve safety,with less adverse reactions.
