俯卧位机械通气治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征不同吸痰深度的应用

Application of prone position mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome with different depth of sputum suction

目的:探讨临床俯卧位机械通气治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征使用不同吸痰深度的效果。方法:收治呼吸窘迫综合征患者100例。所有患者均使用俯卧位机械通气方法进行治疗,根据其吸痰深度的不同分为浅部组与深部组,各50例。结果:干预后浅部组患者的PaCO_2、SaO_2和MAP水平改善水平明显优于深部组(P<0.05);两组患者并发症发生率、死亡率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在机械通气的治疗中,应用封闭式浅部吸痰技术有着良好的应用效果,其临床吸痰效果较好,且患者的并发症发生率与死亡率都不高。

Objective：To investigate the effect of prone position mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome with different depth of sputum suction.Methods：100 patients with respiratory distress syndrome were selected.All the patients were treated by prone position mechanical ventilation.According to the depth of sputum suction,they were divided into the shallow group and the deep group,with 50 cases in each group.Results：Compared with before the intervention,the levels PaCO_2,SaO_2 and MAP in the shallow group were significantly better than those in the deep group after the intervention（P〈0.05）.The differences in complications and mortality rate were statistically significant between groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the treatment of ARDS mechanical ventilation,application of closed shallow sputum suction technology has good effect.Its clinical sputum aspiration effect is good,and the incidence of complications and mortality are lower.
