LED红、黄光联合蓝科肤宁治疗面部皮炎疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of LED red and yellow light combined with velvetfeeling in the treatment of facial dermatitis

目的:探讨红、黄光联合蓝科肤宁治疗面部皮炎的效果。方法:收治面部皮炎患者126例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各63例。对照组给予蓝科肤宁溶液冷敷,外用自制维生素E霜;治疗组在对照组基础上照射LED红光和黄光。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:LED红、黄光联合蓝科肤宁溶液治疗面部皮炎疗效明显、操作简单、安全方便,患者满意度高,适合基层皮肤科开展。

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of LED red and yellow light combined with velvetfeeling in the treatment of facial dermatitis.Methods：126 patients with facial dermatitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 63 cases in each group,the control group was treated with velvetfeeling cold compress,external use of vitamin E cream.The treatment group was treated with LED red light and yellow light on the basis of the control group.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of LED red and yellow combined with velvetfeeling solution for the treatment of facial dermatitis is obvious.The operation is simple,safe and convenient,and the patients＇ satisfaction is high.It is suitable for primary dermatology.
