摘要
目的:探讨Ⅲ型Pilon骨折早期使用外固定架固定对患肢早期功能恢复及长度的影响。方法:收治Ⅲ型Pilon骨折患者21例作为观察组,早期使用跨踝关节外固定架固定;并选取同期Ⅲ型Pilon骨折患者17例作为对照组,早期采用跟骨骨持续牵引。结果:观察组踝关节功能评分、骨痂形成时间、骨折愈合时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:Ⅲ型Pilon骨折早期外固定治疗,具有护理方便、防止机体二次损伤、减少患者疼痛、降低手术风险及术后并发症发生率、减少肢体短缩的特点。
Objective：To investigate the effect of early external fixation on the early functional recovery and length of patients with type Ⅲ pilon fractures.Methods：A total of 21 patients with type Ⅲ pilon fractures were selected as the observation group,with fixation of ankle joint external fixator at early stage,and 17 patients with type Ⅲ pilon fractures were selected as the control group with continuous calcaneal bone traction at the early stage.Results：The ankle function score,callus formation time and fracture healing time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P0.01）,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Early external fixation of type Ⅲ Pilon fracture has the characteristics of convenient nursing,prevention of the second injury,reducing pain,surgical risk and postoperative complication rate,and also can reduce the limb shortening.
