老年吸入性肺炎26例临床治疗体会

Clinical treatment experience on 26 elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia

目的:探讨老年吸入性肺炎的临床特点及诊疗。方法:收治老年吸入性肺炎患者26例,回顾性分析其基础疾病、临床表现、痰培养结果、抗生素选择及患者转归等临床资料。结果:患者均伴有1~4种基础疾病;治愈8例,好转17例,死亡1例。结论:老年吸入性肺炎患者合并症多,临床表现不典型,早期预防、诊断与治疗,积极采取抗感染等综合诊治手段对于降低死亡率、预防并发症、改善预后、提高生存质量等有很好的指导意义。

Objective：To investigate the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of aspiration pneumonia in the elderly.Methods：The clinical data of 26 elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia were analyzed retrospectively,including basic diseases,clinical manifestations,sputum culture results,antibiotic selection and prognosis of the patients.Results：All patients were accompanied by 1~4 basic diseases.8 cases were cured,17 cases were improved,and 1 case died.Conclusion：Elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia has varity of complications,with atypical clinical manifestations.Early prevention,diagnosis and treatment,and actively take anti infection comprehensive methods of diagnosis and treatment can reduce the mortality,prevention of complications,improve the prognosis,and improve the quality of life.
