老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折应用PFNA手术方式的临床有效性研究

Surgical treatment and clinical efficacy of PFNA in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture

目的:探讨老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折应用股骨近端螺旋刀片抗旋髓内钉(PFNA)手术方式的临床有效性。方法:收治老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者78例。所有患者应用的手术方式为PFNA。结果:治疗后患者Harris评分优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折应用PFNA手术方式的临床有效性高,可有效减少创伤,缩短手术时间。

Objective：To investigate the operative methods and clinical effectiveness of PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients.Methods：78 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected.All the patients were treated with PFNA.Results：The Harris score of the patients after intervention was better than that before the treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The operation mode and clinical effectiveness of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients with PFNA are high,which can effectively reduce trauma and shorten the operation time.
