南京市文体社区老年人牙列缺损及修复情况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of dentition defect and restoration in the elderly in the stylistic community of Nanjing

目的:了解社区50~79岁老年人牙列缺损状况及修复现状,为开展老年人口腔健康保健提供依据。方法:对2016年文体社区参加健康体检的老年人520例,进行问诊和临床检查。结果:牙列缺损341例(65.6%);其中已经修复者263例(77.1%),以可摘局部义齿修复体为主。结论:社区老年人牙列缺损发病率较高。应加强社区口腔健康知识宣教及健康管理,加强控烟宣教;普及义齿修复知识,提高生活质量。

Objective：To understand the status of dentition defect and repair status of 50-79 year old people in stylistic community,and to provide the basis for oral health care for the elderly.Methods：520 cases of physical examination for elderly in the community of physical education in 2016 were inquired and examined clinically.Results：Dentition defect was found in 341 cases（65.6%）,and 263 cases（77.1%）had been repaired,the removable partial denture is the main component.Conclusion：The incidence of dentition defect in the elderly in community is higher,strengthening community oral health knowledge propaganda and health management,strengthening tobacco control propaganda and education,popularizing denture rehabilitation knowledge,improving the quality of life.
