摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病患者在治疗过程中发生低血糖的原因。方法:收治糖尿病低血糖患者20例,分析其临床资料。结果:患者年龄、肌酐与尿微量白蛋白是导致低血糖出现的重要原因。结论:在对糖尿病患者治疗时,发生低血糖与患者年龄、肌酐与尿微量白蛋白等有关,因此,要采取相应的措施预防低血糖。
Objective：To explore the causes of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients during treatment.Methods：20 diabetic hypoglycemia patients were selected,and the clinical data were analyzed.Results：Patient age,creatinine and microalbuminuria were important causes of hypoglycemia.Conclusion：Hypoglycemia was associated with age,creatinine and microalbuminuria in diabetic patients during treatment,therefore,we should take corresponding measures to prevent hypoglycemia.
