小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效观察

Observation on the effect of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granule in the treatment of herpangina

目的:观察小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效及药物安全性。方法:收治疱疹性咽峡炎患儿80例,随机平分两组。对照组采用利巴韦林常规抗病毒治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒,观察两种方案的临床有效性及药物安全性。结果:观察组总有效率95%,明显高于对照组的81.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合常规抗病毒治疗疱疹性咽峡炎,具有疗效显著、起效快等特点,安全性高。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect and drug safety of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granule in the treatment of herpangina.Methods：80 children with herpangina were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was used ribavirin conventional antiviral therapy,while the observation group combined with xiao＇ehiqiaoqingre granul on the basis of routine treatment.We observed the clinical efficacy and drug safety of the two schemes.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,significantly higher than that of the control group of 81.6%,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Xiao＇ehiqiaoqingre granule combined with conventional antiviral treatment for herpangina has significant curative effect,quick effect and high safety.
