深圳市南山区中学生特发性脊柱侧凸患病率调查报告及防治策略

Prevalence and prevention of idiopathic scoliosis among middle school students in Nanshan district of Shenzhen city

目的:了解深圳市南山区中学生特发性脊柱侧凸的流行情况,为临床治疗和预防提供依据。方法:对深圳南山区16所中学的19 870名中学生进行特发性脊柱侧凸普查。结果:检出特发性脊柱侧凸143例(患病率0.72%),其中男42例,女101例,男性患病率显著低于女性(P<0.01)。初中组患病率明显高于高中组(P<0.01)。结论:深圳南山区女性青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患病率显著高于男性,初中组尤为明显,应重点进行监测。

Objective：To investigate the prevalence of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis in middle school students in Nanshan District of Shenzhen city,and to provide evidence for clinical treatment and prevention.Methods：We conducted a survey of idiopathic scoliosis in 19 870 middle school students from 16 secondary schools in Nanshan district of Shenzhen city.Results：There were 143 cases of idiopathic scoliosis（prevalence rate of 0.72%）,including 42 males and 101 females.The prevalence of males was significantly lower than that of females（P〈0.01）.The prevalence rate of junior high school group was significantly higher than that of senior high school group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The prevalence of idiopathic scoliosis in female adolescents was significantly higher than that in males in Nanshan district of Shenzhen,especially in the junior high school.
